During this month's meeting, we take our annual GROUP PHOTO 2010! Our previous record is 161 beagles and their families in one photo, so let's see if we can top that this year! Also, we will begin taking orders for our Spring Beagle Brigade Shirt and Accessory orders, with delivery on May 1st!
3-20-10 MID-MONTH WALK - LIBERTY STATION, POINT LOMA - 10 a.m.
Care to stroll along a beautiful water canal filled with birds? Aching to walk in the sunshine with a bunch of beagles? Yearning to get out and get some fresh air? Then come to our Mid-month walk at Liberty Station, Point Loma on Saturday, March 20th at 10 a.m. Not only will we walk, but we will indulge beforehand in a Rosemary and Gib's Famous Tailgate Breakfast - for free!!! 4-03-10 MONTHLY MEETING AND PRIZE FESTIVAL - 9 a.m.
It's spring and the beagles are rarin' to go - come wear off some energy at our meeting held in a fenced-in dog park! Today we have our Prize Festival, we will have our printed Group Photos available and we'll continue taking Shirt and Accessory orders, to be delivered May 1st!
5-1-10 MONTHLY MEETING - 9 a.m.
Today we deliver the Shirt and Accessory orders to those who requested them, but the rest of the club can still come and enjoy free beverages while their beagles race around in a "swirl" - come experience that with us! Our motto is "a tired beagle is a happy beagle!!"
6-05-10 MONTHLY MEETING - 9 a.m.
The officers of the Beagle Brigade are always curious about what the members are thinking, so this is the time to participate in our yearly Survey for 2010! Anonymously, you can write down ideas, suggestions, complaints, compliments - whatever you want and your officers will tally those results! Join us for a good time in beautiful weather before summer starts with the heat!
6-19-10 EVENING STROLL AT BALBOA PARK - 7 p.m.
This annual event is one of our most popular ones - imagine taking 60-70 beagles through Balboa Park to amuse the tourists! We try every year to show the group something they might never have seen before in the Park and usually succeed! We meet at the southwest corner of the Prado Bridge at the corner of Balboa and Laurel, one block off of 6th Avenue at 7 p.m.. Stroll with us in the cool of the evening while the sun sets and the moon rises! And, feel free to bring your friends and neighbors!
7-03-10 MONTHLY MEETING AND FREE PORTRAIT - 9 a.m.
What better way to start the holiday weekend than with a romp with the beagles AND a free portrait sitting for you and your dogs! Marilyn, our Group Photographer, has graciously offered to repeat her very-popular activity so that all could have a chance at this!
